What It Does
• The second step of the CND Shellac Power Polish System – brushes on for smooth, even coverage
• Provides a long-lasting color layer to nails
• After applying and curing CND Shellac Base Coat, apply a thin, even layer of CND Shellac Color Coat to all 5 nails of one hand
• Cure all 5 fingers for 2 minutes in CND UV Lamp
• Repeat on other hand
• Apply second coat of color using the same process
• Follow with CND Shellac Top Coat
