All essie products are DBP, Toluene and Formaldehyde-free
1. Wash and sanitize hands. Shape with a file and clean nails.
2. Gently push back the cuticle. Do not cut cuticles.
3. Using Prep + Finish Nail Cleanser and a lint-free nail pad, completely remove nail dust and oils, making sure to clean under the nail edge and around cuticles.
